The Quick Attach A2 model usually takes less than a minute to install or remove, and the unit is designed to withstand many installations and removals. Instead of three separate gaskets, two screws, two nuts, a spacer block, and the Redi-Mag unit that all need to be assembled, the A-2 version has only two separate components.1 Slip-on gasket & 1 Redi-Mag assembly. The slip-on gasket can be left on the weapon when racked, and the Redi-Mag assembly will stay together with normal handling.
